LTG’s Graphic Designer (Marketing) is responsible for supporting the visual identity of the Group across digital and print mediums.

Vision

This role's main responsibility is to support LTG’s Art Director (Marketing) in the creation of on-brand, visually stunning assets to optimise marketing attraction and conversion activities.

Responsibilities

  • Creating visual content across all digital platforms and print, to include:
    • Presentations
    • Leaflets
    • Advertisements
    • eBooks, whitepapers and similar
    • Blog, PPC and social media graphics
    • Infographics
    • Banner design (for events)
    • Photography and graphic editing
  • Ensuring all work produced is of a high quality and on-brand
  • Working closely with Art Director (Marketing) for the continued development of LTG brands
  • Update and support the maintenance of the Group’s Art Direction planner
  • Ensure visual work created is to the high standard expected within the Group, this may include amending the work of other employees
  • Keeping up to date with emerging digital trends and culture
  • Articulating and presenting creative ideas to marketing team and senior stakeholders

Skills and knowledge

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, essential)
  • Adobe XD preferable
  • Thorough understanding of Powerpoint/Google Slides / Canva
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Proven understanding of typography, layout, colour and grid structures
  • Ability to work on multiple assignments simultaneously
  • Basic animation/video editing skills (After Effects)
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure
  • Knowledge of e-learning/training market advantageous
  • Aware of latest developments in innovative technology
  • Commercial awareness
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is advantageous
