LEO is looking for an experienced Account Manager to join the team working to reach their sales target by developing and maintaining our relationship with clients, identifying further leads and opportunities with them.

Account Management

  • Client growth - responsible for sales to meet or exceed the Learning Experience service line revenue target.
  • Strategic Account Management (our top 10 Learning Experience accounts)- develop & execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Work closely with other GP service lines, as well as, production to improve customer satisfaction & loyalty. Build detailed stakeholder maps with the client and drive innovation & thought leadership into our accounts by providing research & insights.
  • Leading complex consultative sales - ability to drive strategic consultancy conversations, complex sales & sell high margin work at scale. Strong awareness of LTG products and GP wider capabilities and how to manage a number of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Accountable for highest quality proposals and communications are timely and accurate.
  • Build strong client relationships – getting out there and meeting clients, attending pitches, and going native to encourage better understanding and improved relationships.
  • Leading on contracting accuracy & execution - NDA, MSA, SOW, expansions, extensions, add-ons, change orders, renewal, etc
  • Supporting resourcing, identify the team for the client, internal & external kick-off and seamless production
  • Accountable for soliciting feedback and any Learning Experience escalation in partnership
  • Accurate management of the pipeline and dynamic forecasting within CRM to include accurate stages, close dates, estimations, phase movements, expanding contacts in each opportunity

Skills and Experience

  • At least 5-8 years progressive experience in learning technologies.
  • At least 5-8 years in consultative sales.
  • Data driven, systems thinker who can generate and execute ideas at strategic and tactical levels
  • Thrives in a fast‐paced environment - getting hands on and practical.
  • Instinctive collaborator with strong solution sales experience who values teamwork and the input of others
  • Creative visionary with a passion for learning and professional development and the ability to clearly articulate ideas and concepts
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to understand the big picture
  • Experience with contract negotiations, contracts, standards and processes.
