Learning Technologies Group (LTG) is looking for a proven Events Producer to join our internal marketing agency. Our new teammate will own the production of events across multiple global tech brands.

What you’d be doing:

In short, you’d be producing webinars and in-person events to generate business. We use events throughout the pipeline from lead attraction (such as conferences) to customer nurture events (such as speakers and drinks).

After a bit more info? There’s a lot to cover but here are some of the things you would be doing:

  • Producing webinars (beginning to end, the whole thing):
  • Planning/coordinating calendars
  • Discussing and steering on webinar topics
  • Setting up sessions in GoToWebinar or Zoom
  • Preparing speakers
  • Webinar facilitation and technology support
  • Reviewing metrics and analysing performance
  • Feeding back re. impact of event
  • Producing in-person events
    • Understanding marketing strategies and the role of events to deliver business
    • Recommending and identifying events to attend for the achievement of brand goals
    • Managing supplier relationships and negotiations
    • Working with internal departments such as finance and legal to procure events to LTG’s high standard
    • Managing all pre-event activity, including goal setting and briefing
    • Full on-the-day event management
    • Running wash-up and review sessions

Some of the things we’re really looking for:

  • B2B event coordination and project management experience
  • Expert knowledge of virtual event platforms (GoToWebinar and Zoom is a plus)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • A proactive and organised personality
  • A solid sense of humour
  • Experience working for multiple brands (the cherry on top, would really make our week)

The team you’d be working with

LTG central marketing and sales ops is formed of 30+ people located across the US, UK, Colombia and Australia. We work across all of LTG’s 15 businesses, with expertise in a wide array of specialisms from art and SEO to operations and Salesforce admin. It is our job to partner with a range of marketers and sales people across the Group, adding expertise to bring commercial strategies to life.

Many of us also get involved in corporate initiatives, such as merger and acquisition (M&A) announcement and integrations, company results, etc. This is the perfect team for the curious, no two days are the same and we work at speed.

We’re an eclectic bunch with a few hidden talents outside of the day job. From throwing clay and dance moves, to graffiti, climbing walls and speaking multiple languages, we’re always on the lookout to expand our repetoire.
