LTG is on the hunt for a new Financial Systems Manager...

The Financial Systems Manager is responsible for managing, developing and maintaining system processes and configurations to support the finance organisation. This position will interface with IT, Sales Ops and other departments to develop best-in-class usage for our NetSuite financial and linked systems.

LTG has grown rapidly over the past 5 years partly through acquisitions in the UK, US and Asia.The Group is embarking on an ambitious plan to integrate its finance and project management systems. The main Central Shared Service Centres are based in Brighton (UK) and Raleigh, NC (USA). This role will be responsible for scoping, planning and then delivering on these systems changes, continually improving them, and integrating subsequent acquisitions.

Responsibilities:

  • Interface with management to develop and improve current systems and recommend improvements and enhancements to current systems or suggests new solutions as necessary
  • Manage a team to deliver the systems migration from legacy onto NetSuite for LTG entities and to provide a help desk to users
  • Develop and maintain system documentation and workflow processes
  • Act as key liaison with Corporate IT on system stability and maintenance
  • Partner with management and IT to streamline the administration and use of financial and ‘linked’ systems
  • Work closely with internal functions to drive consistency and accuracy of information across the various finance systems to develop a “one source of truth”
  • Lead the implementation and improvement processes to systems as needed
  • Collaborate with internal colleagues and external vendors to ensure smooth process flow
  • Support the Finance teams in monthly closing process and analysis
  • Audit system usage and inputs and provide risk/opportunity assessments
  • Address ad hoc requests as needed (monthly reporting, dashboards, etc.)
  • Responsible for the maintenance of an effective control environment for the financial systems of the organisation


Requirements:

  • 5+ years related experience of Financial and ERP system implementations including migrations
  • Prior team leadership and development of a small team (currently team is 2 FTE)
  • Advanced user of NetSuite or similar Finance system essential
  • Advanced user of OpenAir or similar ERP system essential
  • Experience of Avalara, Celigo and Salesforce preferred
  • Knowledge of financial accounting
  • Strong system administration skills with the ability to define processes and system set-up to support the business
  • Proven ability to leverage analytics to assist in decision making
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written) at all levels of the organisation
  • Strong organisational skills to deliver projects on time and with a high level of quality software industry and related professional services experience a plus
  • Track record of delivering system improvements across organisations.
