We're in the process of building out a tangible pathway with achievable deliverables and targets in this role which will allow whoever joins to showcase the great impact they're making to the wider business on a monthly basis and can therefore progress and be rewarded accordingly.

This role will be based in our awesome brand new central Brighton office, which includes a tonne of great perks, a sociable team, a roof top bar and the ability to work on a flexible basis.

What you'll be doing

- You will act as the very first screener of applicants in our Talent Acquisition team on a variety of global roles across numerous departments/Brands of our wider business

- As part of the above you will be responsible for ensuring logistics and basic requires of each applicants profile match our requirements and provide feedback to our Talent Acquisition Manager on candidates for proposed next steps

- Daily pipeline reviews of our Applicant Tracking System, ensuring the pre-screen section that you own is emptied on all roles on a daily basis

- Support the business with Talent Acquisition projects/research

- Assisting with building our Talent Pools on our Applicant Tracking System for key/regular hires across the company

- Act as an ambassador for LTG as you act as the 1st contact point for all candidates along their recruitment journey,

Requirements

- No previous experience required, however we are looking for someone who showcases a proactive attitude, willingness to learn and ambition to progress

- Experience working in a team environment

- Comfortable with targets

- Strong communication skills

- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and prioritise tasks

- Ability to handle confidential information discreetly and tactfully deal with sensitive queries and situations

- Willingness to travel to industry events as and when needed
