Should you join us, you will be continually supported by various experienced HR and Talent Acquisition team members to develop a variety of new skills which will build an excellent foundation to kick start a career in Recruitment. As a Talent Acquisition Apprentice, you will support the team with a variety of tasks and gain an insight into how important the recruitment function is to the wider business.
You will be working towards achieving a Level 2 Apprenticeship as a Recruitment Resourcer. Over the course of the apprenticeship, you will gain exposure to a wide variety of areas including candidate attraction, shortlisting and interview skills.
