We're on the look out for an enthusiastic and energetic new team member to join us as a Talent Acquisition Apprentice.

This position requires zero experience and we're happy to consider all kinds of applicants whether you're a school leaver or looking for a fresh start to develop a new career path.

Should you join us, you will be continually supported by various experienced HR and Talent Acquisition team members to develop a variety of new skills which will build an excellent foundation to kick start a career in Recruitment. As a Talent Acquisition Apprentice, you will support the team with a variety of tasks and gain an insight into how important the recruitment function is to the wider business.

You will be working towards achieving a Level 2 Apprenticeship as a Recruitment Resourcer. Over the course of the apprenticeship, you will gain exposure to a wide variety of areas including candidate attraction, shortlisting and interview skills.

So the key responsibilities will include

  • Manage all initial queries for the Talent Acquisition team, resolving or escalating where required
  • Proactively building talent pools of people by sourcing candidate and researching the market
  • Partnering with hiring managers to establish best practice and hiring strategies for all role
  • Identifying candidates by screening applicants and delivering quality shortlists to hiring managers
  • Managing hiring managers though the process, ensign that candidate experience is a priority
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support including posting of jobs on Breezy (our ATS), supporting to schedule candidate interviews as well as producing reports on all candidate activity

Requirements:

  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple assignments simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to be flexible and work in a fast paced environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate with all levels in the organization.
  • Must be able to respect, protect and maintain highly confidential information.
  • Strong Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Skills
  • Credible, reliable and trustworthy
  • Able to react to change productively and to handle other tasks as required
