We're looking for an talented HR Administrator to join our team based in Raleigh although this may involve a remote onboarding period.

This is a great opportunity for an ambitious Administrator who enjoys a challenge where no 2 days are the same in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Working within the HR admin team and in collaboration with the HR Generalists, provide HR administration services for all Group companies across all global locations, complying with local legislation and company policies
  • Draft general HR documentation and letters covering the entire employee lifecycle
  • Maintain the HR database
  • Understand and apply the Group’s HR policies including variations between companies, countries and US states
  • Be the first point of contact for employee’s HR queries, answering those queries in an accurate and timely manner
  • Provide support to the HR Generalists as required
  • Maintain the electronic personnel files
  • Administrate employee background checks
  • Contact and secure resources (proofreading and other) required by the HR team
  • Work as part of a team, assisting peers in the achievement of tasks and individual goals
  • Carry out a wide variety of other HR tasks as requested


  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple assignments simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to be flexible and work in a fast paced environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate with all levels in the organization.
  • Must be able to respect, protect and maintain highly confidential information.
  • Strong word, Excel, and PowerPoint Skills
  • Credible, reliable and trustworthy
  • Able to react to change productively and to handle other tasks as required
