As a Junior Salesforce Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting the salesforce administrators and the delivery of the LTG Business-As-Usual (BAU) requests and project deliverables.

You will contribute to the discovery and project coordination aspects of our Salesforce projects, and evolvement of the Sales and Service business processes, including CPQ and connected platforms.

Through exceptional reporting/analysis, troubleshooting, evaluating, resolving issues and proposing custom solutions, you will provide high value support across all areas of the business along with the other administrators.

You will be highly involved in data migrations therefore, it is imperative that you have a good excel background, deep understanding of Salesforce’s capabilities, and best practices.

You should be curious and keen to learn, be a proactive and ambitious team member, willing to share your knowledge and support, dig in deep and do whatever is needed to deliver the projects, as well as support the business units we coordinate.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Responding and resolving support tickets raised in the Sales cloud
  • Supporting the Salesforce Administrators with ongoing projects and continuous improvements
  • Assisting in data migration, integrations and configurations
  • Assisting end users on CPQ and Support Requests
  • Supporting internal users with day-to-day requests, including reports, dashboards, workflows, validation rules, Process builders, flows and being able to troubleshoot day to day requests/errors on production flagged by the end users
  • Working closely with relevant end users to understand business requirements
  • Interest in or experience working with Apps within a salesforce environment, such as DocuSign, Conga etc
  • User set-up and maintenance Management of profiles, roles, permissions and access
  • Data management including cleansing, export, transform, load (ETL) practises
  • Assisting with creating, maintaining and optimising the automations within the platform (with a key focus on flows)
  • Creation and management of custom reporting/ dashboards within Salesforce as well as preparing ad hoc reports, data analysis whether within the platform or Excel Support & Training
  • Training and supporting all users in the implementation of Salesforce and related tools for all business purposes, including roll-out of new functionality
  • Troubleshooting user/system incidents and other abnormalities

What you will need to be successful in the Role:

  • A technical mindset and an interest in software development
  • Strong written and verbal skills to be able to work with training groups and communicate with stakeholders
  • The ability to take initiative to recommend process improvements and demonstrate creative thinking
  • Good analytical skills and it would be desirable if you had experience with Agile development
  • Documentation of system(s) usages, processes, best practices, etc.
  • Proactive self-starter willing and able to jumpstart projects and make things happen

Skills Desired Qualifications & Experience:

  • Certified Salesforce Administrator highly preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Ability to work with team members at all levels of the organisation
  • Be curious and keen to learn and upskill in all aspects of Salesforce
