As a Junior Salesforce Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting the salesforce administrators and the delivery of the LTG Business-As-Usual (BAU) requests and project deliverables.
You will contribute to the discovery and project coordination aspects of our Salesforce projects, and evolvement of the Sales and Service business processes, including CPQ and connected platforms.
Through exceptional reporting/analysis, troubleshooting, evaluating, resolving issues and proposing custom solutions, you will provide high value support across all areas of the business along with the other administrators.
You will be highly involved in data migrations therefore, it is imperative that you have a good excel background, deep understanding of Salesforce’s capabilities, and best practices.
You should be curious and keen to learn, be a proactive and ambitious team member, willing to share your knowledge and support, dig in deep and do whatever is needed to deliver the projects, as well as support the business units we coordinate.
