Bridge is seeking a Sr. Director of Marketing to lead our Global Marketing team. The ideal candidate will develop and execute marketing campaigns that support generating new business and expanding business with the current customer base. This includes responsibility for: (i) product positioning; (ii) branding; (ii) lead generation & advertising; (iii) public relations; (iv) marketing communications; (v) digital marketing; (vi) marketing programs; and (vii) overall marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strategic, results-driven mindset with a proven ability to maintain successful relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive change and exceed targets. They are resourceful inside and outside the company, committed to continuous improvement, and above all, passionate about marketing.

The role

The Sr. Director of Marketing will own the strategic and tactical execution across the entire marketing mix for the Bridge and will be accountable for core growth metrics, specifically brand awareness, opportunity generation, pipeline generation, and marketing efficiency from planning to execution.

As a member of the Bridge executive team, you will represent a critical piece of the organization’s success by ensuring high performance of multiple channels, including cost per lead, cost per click, content syndication, press, industry news, analyst relations. You will also be the steward of the Bridge brand.

This role will suit either an experienced Marketing Director or Growth Director with experience of scaling a SaaS, Tech or other business to the next level. This role will report to the president of Bridge. Role is remote based (US) but will require some occasional travel to Salt Lake City, Utah , London, UK and other locations as deemed necessary.

The ideal candidate:


  • Own, drive, and contribute to the Global strategy across all marketing channels.
  • Create, implement and drive multi-channel marketing and growth strategies to drive global growth (brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue retention)
  • Effectively manage marketing spend in line with the growth and business strategy and make positive impact on our regional and Global P&L
  • Perform regular and consistent analysis of all channels and identify key success metrics
  • Maintain constant awareness of market positioning amongst competitors, using data and insight to suggest creative and bold ways to improve the brand proposition within the market
  • Be a customer champion, spearheading robust data-driven initiatives to grow overall reach and optimize each stage of the customer journey
  • Provide forecasting and reporting of performance to the President & wider Executive Team
  • Collaborate and leverage cross-functional marketing services teams to develop briefs and operational execution plans (Events, Product Marketing, Content, Comms, Design)
  • Be a driver and key contributor to the overall marketing strategy.
  • Develop, lead and coach global Marketing teams
  • Align and support region department heads (CS, Sales, Product) to maximize operational efficiencies across the business

  • 10+ years of senior demonstrable hands-on experience in marketing and or growth, ideally having worked in a high-growth tech SaaS
  • A proven track record of growing or scaling up SaaS business in excess of USD $20m in annual revenue
  • Demonstrable experience in developing efficient strategies and business plans for all marketing aspects with the ability to think ahead and plan over a 1 to 2-year time span
  • A breadth of experience across the full marketing spectrum
  • Customer-centricity and a data-driven approach - you will have a passion for understanding and exceeding the objectives and use data to make the right decisions
  • A KPI and metrics-driven mindset; aligns business needs, customer insights and marketing strategy
  • Exceptional project direction and management skills, ability to manage multiple timelines, deadlines and actions in a collaborative extremely fast-paced environment
  • The ability to multitask, organizing and prioritizing multiple priorities

Preferably (but not required), has...

  • Experience with central service (or 3rd party service delivery) teams to augment marketing activities and delivery
  • Knowledge or experience in the human capital management (HCM) market, learning or talent management software space
