Learning Technologies Group (LTG) is looking for a proven Marketing Operations Manager

to join our central marketing team, to lead migration, automation and data activity.

Fancy joining an agency, internal team or the best of both? If you join us, you will enjoy an external agency's variety with the relationships an internal team enables. We work quickly and things change often – this team is for the ambitious and curious. We could be a great match if you have experience in B2B marketing migration and automation.

If you join the team, you will enjoy:

  • Ownership of LTG’s Pardot instance – trusted as a proven expert for system automation, you will work with a range of teams to develop LTG’s marketing operations function
  • Freedom to implement improvements – we are looking for someone who can creatively problem-solve to drive improvements for current and future businesses within LTG
  • Variety – you enjoy moving quickly and are an expert at working with a range of departments on a breadth of projects (including leading Pardot migrations for incoming businesses)

To be a great fit for the role, you must have:

  • Owning marketing automation migrations for incoming businesses - recent acquisitions include moving from Hubspot, Eloqua and Marketo into LTG’s Pardot account
  • Being the ‘go-to’ Pardot expert for all operations needs, offering actionable recommendations to stakeholders and being prepared to react quickly
  • Troubleshooting challenges within Pardot (including lead-scoring) and working with Salesforce experts to triage larger stack challenges
  • Offering expertise on data to support optimal performance, working with the Marketing Analyst to solve tracking and reporting issues
  • Supporting the digital marketing team in developing innovative and creative campaigns
  • Routinely auditing current fields, workflows, lists, etc to ensure that LTG is working in the most effective way possible
  • Analysing campaign performance and customer behavioural changes to inform future marketing activity
  • Supporting integration of digital advertising platforms across programmatic display, audio and video; social; and search
  • Explaining and presenting a range of concepts and scenarios in a digestible way
  • Managing and developing a Marketing Operations Specialist

In order to benefit from the fantastic things that LTG has to offer, you will be:

  • Experienced in working within matrix/multibrand organisations or agency-side (must include B2B, software experience is a huge bonus) - understanding the challenges that come with multiple requests from various stakeholders and limited time
  • Highly competent in Pardot, with experience in Salesforce and at least one other automation platform (Hubspot, Marketo, etc)
  • Expertly skilled in prioritisation - we are looking for someone to own a range of projects and relay key areas of impact
  • Highly resilient and able to pivot on recommendations when business priorities change
  • Dynamic – you are an energetic and fast thinker and enjoy sharing ideas with a range of people
  • Keen to make a difference, complete with a solid sense of humour
  • Experience in Pardot - did we already mention that?
