As a manager on the Information Development team, you will lead a team of technical writers that creates and publishes content for our industry-leading strategic talent SaaS applications. You will collaborate with various teams to develop a keen understanding of our technologies and audiences. With your passion for customer success, you will ensure that we deliver impactful content for our business and application users. You will lead initiatives to improve the content experience for our users. As part of managing your team, you will mentor members, and help the team prioritize effectively to focus on high impact items.
To succeed in this role, you must have great communication skills, strong technical and project management skills, a hands-on approach, and a self-motivated attitude. Expect to work in a diverse management team that collaborates to develop our talent and seeks to make continuous improvements.
