We're looking for a talented Payroll & Operations Specialist to join our team at an exciting time in which we are looking to bolster support for our international payroll and global operational activities.

Working as a key part of our busy HR team, with specific focus and responsibility for a number of our small international payroll requirements in conjunction with our external providers and as part of the Global Payroll team.

Alongside this, our Payroll & Operations Specialist will take an active role in supporting the Operational efforts to create and refresh our payroll and administrative ways of working. Specifically they will have significant focus on creating a clear, visible, consistent and easy experience for the employee and the HR team alike. Taking responsibility for our annual and regular project and audit requirements.

Reporting to the HR Operations Manager, this role will work to support the smooth collaboration between the global payroll and administration teams. Responsible for the ongoing Payroll and benefits delivery and general matters for Countries with smaller headcounts (supported through third party providers), providing back up and checking for US, Canada and UK payrolls. This position will also directly support the HR Operations Manager on the delivery of significant HR activities and reporting, to include annual bonus, merit and process reviews.

Alongside, US, Canada and UK, we also operate in Countries throughout EMEA, LATAM and APAC, as part of an ever growing portfolio, to include Australia, Colombia, Germany, Hong Kong, Philippines, Hungary and India. There may also be a requirement to support with related projects as agreed through the People Strategy and Roadmap.


This role is a key position within the People Department and will have responsibility for an integral and growing part of LTG.


Key responsibilities

  • End to end international payroll delivery, in conjunction with third party vendors - preparing and checking all day to day international payrolls (Currently Colombia, Australia, Hong Kong, Philippines, Germany, Hungary, India)
    • ideally have completed set up of overseas payroll in conjunction with Third Party support
    • Experience working with ADP Workforce Now preferred, but not essential
    • Experience with Colombian/South American Payrolls desirable
  • Provide benefits support to our brokers and administrative guidance for all first level/front line support for international countries
    • Experience of working in SME and/or complex Companies - matrix style would suit
  • Work with the HR administration team to maintain accurate information for all new and ongoing changes in the ADP/HR System.
  • Preparation of associate documentation for review and sending
  • Development of local payroll, benefits and administration process improvements, effective controls and procedures. Recommend procedural changes that will enhance current processes in the HR organisation
  • Assist Senior HR Management with analytical data for relevant and agreed People KPIs - Group wide and Group Company specific.


Additional Requirements

  • Self starter / can work autonomously - owning payroll matters and first level support (willing to get stuck into whatever is necessary)
  • Communication is key - ability to build strong relationships
  • Spanish Speaker (desirable)
  • Ability to manage and prioritise multiple assignments simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to be flexible and work in a fast paced environment
  • Must be able to respect, protect and maintain highly confidential information
  • Strong Excel knowledge with experience working with HR data sets, Excel reporting and data presentation
  • Ability to analyse data with basic mathematical foundations required for HR KPIs
  • Able to react to change productively and to handle other tasks as required
