The Sr Manager of Professional Services will report to the VP of Customer Experience with responsibility for managing and growing the Professional Services team to enable successful deployment and adoption of Reflektive solutions at scale. In this role, you will work closely with our Sales team to build customer confidence in the implementation value proposition. You will also develop a repeatable and scalable approach to implementation services that drive time to initial value, product adoption and great customer experiences.

This is a leadership role and requires a combination of business, technical and customer facing skills, and the ability to coach and mentor Consultants. In order to achieve this success, you will leverage your previous SaaS onboarding and implementation experience, project management expertise, strong communication/written skills, relationship building and conflict management prowess.

Responsibilities and Experience

  • Develop and deliver a range of onboarding services and packages to drive enterprise adoption of the Reflektive solutions.
  • Hire, onboard, manage and mentor a team of Consultants.
  • Enable Sales to pre-qualify and scope appropriate levels of professional services to ensure that high quality deals are sold that will lead to successful customer outcomes.
  • Manage the process and systems required to support the delivery of successful customer projects.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS onboarding, implementation, professional services, and/or training.
  • Experienced change agent with ability to drive process improvement within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong program, project and process management skills.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience with delivering successful B2B SaaS implementations.
  • Experience with spearheading initiatives with cross-functional teams on a number of concurrent engagements.
  • Record of professional achievements with a track record of delighted, successful, and satisfied customers.
  • Executive presence, strong communication, consultative and leadership skills.
  • Passion for technology and for being a part of a fast-growing company.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent.
