We are looking for a talented Revenue Operation Analyst to join our team at Learning Technologies Group.

The Revenue Operations Analyst is a critical position within the LTG finance team reporting directly to the Revenue Operations Manager. As a Revenue Operations Analyst you will have primary responsibility for the facilitation of order entry, invoicing and revenue recognition of customer contracts. You will be the key point of contact for business unit managers in supporting them in understanding the performance of their business.

The role will involve interaction with other internal organizations within LTG including Services, Sales, Sales Operations and Legal teams. The role is critical in ensuring data integrity between LTG’s financial, CRM and project management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review preliminary bookings data in CRM for completeness and accuracy.
  • Review sales contracts to ensure billing and revenue recognition reflects accurately in financial systems.
  • Set up and maintenance of projects in project management systems.
  • Preparation and distribution of invoices to customers accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Working with business unit managers and credit control in resolving customer queries.
  • Active involvement in month-end close processes.
  • Ensure that systems reconcile.
  • Perform other duties and special projects including involvement in annual audit.

Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance and 2-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Revenue recognition for software companies with multiple elements under ASC 16 / IFRS 15 (SaaS, Professional Services, etc.).
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • NetSuite and Salesforce.com or similar ERP and CRM systems experience a plus.
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.)
  • Ability to manage time efficiently.
  • Ability to work across functional areas and levels of management.
