We’re excited to extend a career development opportunity to join the LTG People & Culture team for a 6 month secondment. Our People & Culture Team is embarking on an ambitious project, in partnership with the business, that will enable our global team to come together in support of a common vision and purpose. In addition to standard project tasks, this individual will be involved in leader and colleague engagement sessions, will help to set the agenda, manage end-to-end activities, be a part of the team that synthesises findings and have an opportunity to help shape creative solutions to bring the company’s vision, purpose and ways of working to life.

This role would suit someone who is ready to take their next career move into Project Management and has demonstrated experience and enthusiasm in the art and science of related client-facing work.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Serve as an active member of the core team, driving project outcomes and shaping solutions
  • Coordinate project and stakeholder meetings/ agendas, with accountability for meeting notes and ensuring owners of actions follow through with on time deliverables
  • Co-create project progress updates and distribute on agreed timing
  • Coordinate, participate and support facilitation of leader and colleague discussions, webinars, training and other interactive forums
  • Bring the voice of our colleagues, your diverse perspective and innovative ideas to the table to input on engaging solutions
  • Maintain updates to the roadmap and project plan on an on going basis so that all stakeholders know what needs to be done, by whom and by when
  • Capture risks and escalate to the Project Lead when needed for quick and decisive mitigation
  • Identify process improvement recommendations to the Project Lead
  • Plan and lead continuous improvement feedback sessions at key project stages, and lead necessary course corrections

Required Skills

  • Organised and task focussed. You can prioritise and deal with the unexpected without letting other deliverables slip and you’re not afraid to roll your sleeves up and do what needs to be done when a deadline has to be met
  • You’ll be ambitious and have strong potential; able to connect the dots and be a systematic thinker
  • Your project management skills are on point; a strong understanding of risk management and you’re skilled at budget management, able to ensure that margin targets are understood and met
  • You’re creative, collaborative, love to learn, a bold change leader and have a passion for our business and company
  • Your IT knowledge is outstanding. You have got an understanding of the Google Workplace and Microsoft Office suite of apps and a strong knowledge of virtual communication platforms such as MS Teams and Google Meet.

Qualifications & Experience

  • A recognised project management qualification would be helpful; however, more importantly, you would have experience working on a similar project that blends the art & science of project and change management
